Warm friendly reception staff. Had a deluxe apartment - lovely bathroom, spacious, lots of shelf space, great shower. Good bed, large tv, comfortable armchairs. Kitchen very well appointed. Street level but totally quiet. Great value for money. Best location for visiting Eastbourne theatre.

What a great little find! Stayed in Eastbourne to visit some friends with my partner and our toddler. Took a chance on this place and was so happy I did! We had a connecting room which meant we had separate bedrooms connected internally, 2 bathrooms (with marble tiles!) and 2 kitchens. We had more than enough space but would have been fine in just the main room and a cot (which they also provided). It’s right next to the Towner, 5 mins walk to the beach, 10-15 mins walk to the centre and all the shops. Big shout out to Dimple and her team who could have been more welcoming and were great with our little girl. See you in the summer
Absolutely perfect place to have holiday at Eastbourne. Nice clean room with all necessary for a couple for a stay. Great location, quiet street and close to everything in Eastbourne. What else could You ask for. Our first Deluxe room was partly underground which was a bit disapöintment, but very nice and helpful personnel moved us to first floor after a couple of days.
Perfect location off a pleasant section of Eastbourne's seafront, and close to the town centre. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive and flexible to our additional needs. Great room and a comfortable stay. The on street parking is easier outside of business hours.

The first room he showed me turned out to be perfect—quiet, clean, and exactly what I was looking for. The room itself was spotless, with a well-equipped, modern kitchenette featuring high-quality appliances. The bathroom was also impressive, with a great shower and a clean, contemporary design. I especially appreciated the air conditioning, which made the room even more comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-maintained stay, and I’ll definitely be returning in the future.
We had such a great stay here last weekend and honestly couldn’t recommend it enough, especially if you’re visiting with kids. We stayed with our toddler and having a separate space for her was a dream. Being able to put her to bed and still have our own time in the evening made the whole trip feel relaxed and genuinely enjoyable. The aparthotel itself is gorgeous It's modern, calm and spotlessly clean, with stunning bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen (perfect for cooking or reheating half-eaten toddler meals…). The service was also exceptional. Dimple and the rest of the team were so lovely and always happy to help with any questions. The location was brilliant too: around 15 minutes walk from the town centre and train station, less than 5 minutes from the beautiful stoney beach (ideal for little ones to explore), and a short drive to Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters, which are just stunning. For rainy days, The Towner Art Gallery is literally a minute away, with great exhibitions and a free arts space for kids. We loved it so much that we extended our stay by an extra night. Will 100% be back and highly, highly recommend.
This place is great. Service is outstanding, the bed is very comfortable. Good quality TV. AC. Small but just the right size for a night or two. Good location too
